Rob Tucker, Ph.D., J.D. , president of Tucker Law, is a Des Moines, Iowa attorney who specializes in workers' compensation and personal injury law.
Born in Spokane, Washington, he attended Gonzaga University where he graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in speech communication. Rob continued his education at the University of Oregon where he earned a Master of Arts in speech, followed by a Ph.D. in speech communication from the University of Arizona, where he taught argumentation and advocacy.
After receiving his advanced degrees, he accepted an assistant professorship position in speech communication at Iowa State University where he was also the director of its forensics program. After leaving Iowa State, he earned a J. D. degrees from Drake University and established Tucker Law. Rob has dedicated his professional life to the twin pursuits of communication and the law. As both an attorney and a communication and trial consultant, he is uniquely trained, experienced and positioned to presents his clients' cases in the most effective way.
Rob is a married, father of two and lives in Ankeny.
